What we collect
- Directory profiles: name, credentials, role, institution, city, county, specialties, capabilities, interests, website, summary, publications and your email address. Your email is never displayed.
- Messages: name, email, organization and message when you use a contact form.
- Trial and project submissions: listing details and your contact information.
- Newsletter: your email address and when you subscribed.
- Consent records: when you consented to directory display, with an anonymized network identifier. IP addresses are not stored with form records.
What we do not collect
CaliEndo does not collect patient information or protected health information through this website. Please do not submit patient names, dates of birth, record numbers, images or other identifying clinical details.
How we use it
To publish profiles you consented to, review submissions, respond to messages, forward contact-form messages to the professional you contacted, and send newsletters you requested. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Directory and network information is not used by DESMG for marketing.
Analytics and cookies
If analytics are enabled, CaliEndo uses a cookie-free, privacy-focused service. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Profiles are kept until you ask us to remove them. Messages are deleted after one year. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for directory display, through our contact form. California residents may have additional rights under state law.
